In some pictures, a VERY open vest. She explained, more or less, that it wasn't supposed to be a topless shoot, but that the day was "breezy."<br /><br />And yes, you'd think that the whole idea of "Miss America" would involve heterosexuality somehow - otherwise, why wouldn't some of the contestants be men?
