I like Rudy for reasons mentioned above, but have reservations. Sarah Palin is admirable in many ways and a great cheerleader (and I don't mean that in a dismissive way) for conservatism, but I think she's quite possibly been too "Dan Quayled" by the media to be able to win. So I continue to wait and watch; there are good people on the Right, but the question is whether they're "ready." On the other hand, it's also a pretty good question whether or not we can <i>wait</i> for anyone to get ready.<br /><br />In any case, I can't think of anyone or anything I wouldn't vote for if it was running against Obama.
