With nobody dumb enough to go to medical school under the new health plan, I have no doubt we will be seeing the more serious side of this comic...
ReplyDeleteYes, as the financial incentive to practice medicine goes away, standards for practitioners will have to be lowered to fill the gap.
ReplyDeleteAnother disincentive: the Obama administration is repealing rules which allowed medical practitioners to refuse to participate in procedures they found morally unacceptable (ie, abortion). I guess the Hippocratic Oath - "first, do no harm" - is outdated in these days of Hope n' Change.
