In these days of Hope n' Change, the Democratic leadership would have us believe that the more important a Bill is, the more important it is that no one be able to read it before voting.

Rush Limbaugh was saying that one of the recent bills wasn't even written yet...?!
It makes sense - after all, what's the difference between a bill that isn't written yet, and a bill that no one read before signing?
Put another way, if a tree falls in the forest when no one is there, does America still become socialist?
