In his final efforts to push Obamacare down the throats of an angry and unwilling public, the president is pulling out all the stops. Aware that many people were offended by multi-million dollar bribes to a few states, Obama has now offered those same bribes to all 50 states. Hey, it's not corruption if everyone does it, right?
Wrong. It's still corruption...and in fact, the additional bribery moves the deficit-creating potential of the Healthcare bill from the merely impossible to the criminally insane.
Moreover, passing the bill will require arcane political moves which will turn the constitution on its head. But it's that same constitution which helps assure stability in our system of government (and in the orderly succession of that government)...so the Democrats should think twice before discarding it.
After all - just look up at Mount Rushmore. We have friends in high places...
