Happy Independence Day! We couldn't resist doing the tongue-in-cheek look into our crystal ball above, but today we really prefer to celebrate our still-great nation and avoid thinking about the future for 24 hours or so.

Best wishes to all Hope n' Change readers, and a special salute to our men and women in uniform, past and present. Have a safe, happy, and patriotic holiday!  -Stilton

    Am I seeing hidden messages like in the all seeing eye on top of the pyramid? Which I have never understood by the way.

    Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director James Comey said Tuesday at a press conference that he will not recommend an indictment against Hillary Clinton, though he found “evidence” that she might have violated laws pertaining to the handling of classified information.

    An America falls further into the abyss...

    The Clintons are crookeder than Lombard Street in SF. Slick Willy must have told the FBI guy "if you want to see your grandkids go to college, ......". Poor old Jedger Hoover is turning over in his grave. A sad day for America.

    As Trump said of Comey's statement: "the system is rigged". How can there now be any doubt that Cuntin will be our next president, regardless of who actually wins the election?
    America, the Constitution, and the rule of law are now all officially dead.
