Their eye-witness statements probably aren't worth much.
I haven't heard anyone talking about the caliber of the round used, although the police say they have shell casings. There are long guns that use ammunition more often used in handguns (I own one) and are easily able to make a 125 yard shot (and yes, I can). If the shot was from the crowd, yes, it probably was from a handgun, but a long gun from a distance cannot be ruled out.grayladynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8993108951931633758.post-91029800106911622452015-03-13T19:32:06.361-05:002015-03-13T19:32:06.361-05:00hahahahah LMAOhahahahah LMAOedu | Timeshare attorneynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8993108951931633758.post-10009881454659713152015-03-13T17:10:11.576-05:002015-03-13T17:10:11.576-05:00Note also the near total lack of leadership or con...Note also the near total lack of leadership or constructive involvement by the Governor of Missouri, another Democrat. However, I also have to remember why - in many cases - it's happening. They were - and quite often still are - radically outgunned by the criminal element in our society. I don't want cops with fully automatic rifles and grenade launchers showing up at a campus protest, but neither do I want cops with nightstick and stun guns to have to face felons who are armed with automatic weapons and heavy artillery.

As long as the local police are appropriate and/or proportionate in their response, I really don't mind them having recourse to the equipment they might need to defend themselves (and perchance me).

As Stilton alludes above, I am much more concerned that our Federal Government is the one currently arming up.
