Barrying The Dead

obama, obama jokes, political, humor, cartoon, conservative, hope n' change, hope and change, stilton jarlsberg, charleston, dylann roof, murders, eulogy, church, racism

It now seems that the shooter in the Charleston, SC church massacre did not act alone. Because according to Barack Obama's eulogy for the victims, God is the unindicted co-conspirator.

In his remarks, the president asserted that the killer was actually being used by God to help raise awareness of a host of issues which just happen to perfectly align with Mr. Obama's political agenda and clear distaste for white people.

The president warmed up the crowd by reminding them "over the course of centuries, black churches served as hush harbors, where slaves could worship in safety. Praise houses, where their free descendants could gather and shout “Hallelujah.” Rest stops for the weary along the Underground Railroad. Bunkers for the foot soldiers of the civil-rights movement."

All well and good - but it was only preamble. Knowing that there's no political hay to be made from a single racist lunatic acting alone, it was then necessary for the president to make this punk killer into something larger and more universal...

"We do not know whether the killer of Reverend Pinckney and eight others knew all of this history, but he surely sensed the meaning of his violent act. It was an act that drew on a long history of bombs and arson and shots fired at churches, not random but as a means of control, a way to terrorize and oppress."

Having made the connection, and establishing that he was speaking for God (Who apparently uses both murderers and lying political weasels as His messengers) Obama ticked off the things that the Almighty hoped to accomplish with His bloodbath: the end of public displays of the Confederate flag, more government spending on schools, less poverty (i.e. "income inequality"), changes in police training and equipment, and greater leniency for those black men "caught up" in the criminal justice system.

Also on God's list of demands, evil white employers shouldn't favor a job application from "Johnny" over one from "Jamal," voter ID laws are an abomination which must be cast into the fiery pit and, unsurpisingly, "we express God's grace" by supporting tougher gun control laws.

All in all, Hope n' Change thinks Obama did a masterful job (as usual) of saying one thing while implying the exact opposite; of using words which sounded healing while they ripped open and salted old wounds. Words which had the semantic ring of faith, but the clearer tones of division and crass political opportunism.

Frankly, we don't think that it was God's plan to take advantage of these horrendous murders. We think that's more Mr. Obama's style.

Nor do we think that the president, who has religiously avoided church attendance ever since the good old "God DAMN America" days spent with Reverend Jeremiah Wright, was in any way speaking for the Almighty.

Rather, Obama was mixing his lies with truth - a skill which comes from another source entirely.

  1. If Obama had a son, would he look like Dylann Roof, too?

  2. If the shooter (that shall not be named here) at that church not been white, I wonder how it would have been handled? This was not about the Confederate flag either. It’s about an evil heart! As a matter of fact there is a photo of him burning an American flag. But they were already attacking the American flag. They will attack it more now and they are attacking all of our history just like the ISIS does. There were very few white people that owned slaves or supported slavery at all. So, why do the racist blacks want go out and kill random whites. How many whites marched with them in the 1960s? How many fought against slavery during the civil war? Do they read history? Has common since died? I hope we get a new improved administration soon. I’m tired of hearing about racism on a daily basis.

    1. Let's hope they don't dump the American flag and adopt Obama's flag, the only presidential candidate who came with his own flag. I am getting confused in my memory between Obama's flag, and Obama's post -Benghazi flag, because of the coincidental similarities.

  3. This is what it sounds like when a narcissist talks... pathological lying and manipulation and an agenda at all times.

  4. Well, at least Jeremiah Wright got his prayer answered. God has damned America by using one of Jeremiah Wright's prodigies.

  5. The chickens are coming home to roost. That this bomb-throwing narcissist was elected once is bad enough. That he was re-elected with four years of his America-hating race-baiting ineptitude on display is an abomination. The country, indeed the entire world is now paying the price, and will be for quite some time.

    Have a nice day.

  6. WTF? Another source indeed! If God had a hand in this atrocity, it was to show the love, grace and forgiveness of this congregation. Because these people refused to show hatred and let this become a "racist" issue, the left has to make a flag the issue. If not the flag, then they'd find something else to promote division, as usual.

  7. "Let black prisoners out of jail" Oh you mean like Newt Gingrich and Van Jones
are teaming up to do? http://bit.ly/1C17NnL

Thankfully the weather in our dear Charleston this Saturday was T-storms with a 15 MPH
wind. Sufficient enough to cleanse away the stench of Obama's politicizing the day before.

  8. And in the wake of all this hysteria, companies such as Amazon, WalMart, NASCAR, and others are banning the Confederate Flag as if that will bring peace and healing. All it's really doing is tearing off the scab and pouring lemon juice on the wound. Oh, and they are also squashing the First Amendment. I have done my small part by writing letters, emails, and facebook posts informing the aforementioned companies that I will not be buying any of their products until they restore the First Amendment and apologize to America. Not that they are going to miss my infinitesimal amount of business but I made my point and if approximately 72,922,123 more people did the same, they just might make a difference.

I can't help but wonder what the 'powers that be' are holding over the heads of such notables as John Roberts, John Boehner, Amazon, Wally's World, and all the rest. Are there videos showing folks doing the nasty with underage sheep? Perhaps they were caught with their hands in the cookie jar? We may never know ... unless some honest folks come into power.

  9. Also on God's list of demands, evil white employers shouldn't favor a job application from "Johnny" over one from "Jamal,"

Okay this one I agree with. Every applicant should get a fair shot at a job. That said, if Johnny's a better fit for the job than Jamal, oh well tough titty for Jamal.

voter ID laws are an abomination which must be cast into the fiery pit

Not sure why Obama is so onto this, he is aware he can't get reelected again, right? And it can't be for Hitlery's benefit since every liberal "knows" she's the next president.

oh yeah, "we express God's grace" by supporting tougher gun control laws.

Huh, kinda wish they'd enforce the ones we already have, but do it right. Keep guns out of the hands of criminals who gun laws don't affect, allow citizens the right to defend themselves against the crooks who can buy a gun off the street with no problems.

  10. Amazon bans the Virginia Battle Flag but still sells Nazi paraphernalia.
Condemn any private company that doesn't wish to cater to gays but totally ignore ISIS throwing gays off of rooftops.
Accuse Christians of being intolerant but say nothing against radical Muslims when they behead anyone who does not hold their beliefs.
Go after the guns when every mass shooter was on psychotropic drugs, did their evil deeds in gun free "Victim Disarmament Zones", while gun violence in our country is on the decline and is far less than in many other countries which have strict gun laws.

Hypocrisy is not a strong enough word to describe the liberal agenda.

  11. lamont talks about "god" using a violent racist to "help raise awareness" regarding issues lamont considers important. Wow, if a WHITE guy were to refer to blacks as chattel for the advancement of political agendas, how do you think the "we've got a bug up our ass about slavery" bunch would react to it?
Also, this "god" that lamont alludes to... is it the same One Who sent His Son to die FOR His enemies, or is it allah... the one who tells his followers to strap bombs on women and children to KILL their enemies?
When lamont finally behaves like an AMERICAN I wonder if he'll want to "barry the hatchet".

  12. Burning cloven hoof prints were found in the church everywhere he walked. The stench of sulfur and brimstone must have been over powering where he stood on the barely cooled bodies to do a one man rendition of the political fund raiser from the last major democRAT rally at a funeral, the wellstone fundraiser.

  13. It's looking like Obama may be a bit of a Christian after all; and he thinks of himself as Christ. But then this theory stumbles a bit on his favoritism for Sunni Muslims. Oh, maybe he thinks he's God. Must we REALLY put up with this empty-suit bastard for another year & a half?

  14. I was staring a the TV in disbelief when he referred to God using this broken, evil-hearted human stain for His glory. Judi King is on spot-I too believe that the real impact of God here was the fact that this awesome congregation showed a uChrist-like response to this horrific act. The fact that they chose not to riot and burn Charleston is proof of that.

  15. Please forgive the typo with a "u" in front of the word Christ. Stupid keyboard!!

  16. John Adams was right. "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." I fear the Mark Levin is right; we are in a post-Constitutional age. That means anything goes and Obama is leading the way.

  17. If that psycho Roof would have been wearing a black (I'm a tough guy, but too chickenshit to show my face) mask and would have been shown holding an ISIS flag, we would not be having this discussion. O'Liar would have used everything in his power to sweep it under the rug.

If you look up "Nazi Flag" in the Colby Muenster dictionary, one of the synonyms is an obama flag. Same self-exalted leader... different century.

    @Rod,

A year and a half is going to seem like decades. President Racebaiter has nothing to lose, and the Republicans, who FINALLY got the means to stop him, have totally caved to the whims of O'Liar. Then... what happens in November 2016? I have high hopes, but I had high hopes in 2012 too! The progressives and the so called media will pick our candidate yet again.

Bah... Oh look! It's coffee time!

  18. @Proof- Genetically, that's entirely possible.

@Joseph ET- You can bet your butt if the shooter hadn't been white, Obama wouldn't have even sent an emissary to the funerals, let alone give the eulogy. Did he speak at (or attend) the funerals of the minority cops murdered in New York by a black man who was egged on by the Ferguson hoax? No. Obama sees this heinous crime as an opportunity to further divide white and black Americans.

@TMay- I'll genuinely be surprised if the American flag isn't soon in the crosshairs.

    @Anonymous- Bingo.

@chef621- While I rarely go with a theological explanation, I have to admit the evidence is leaning your way.

@TrickyRicky- "...and will be for quite some time" is what worries me most. The ripple effects of his policies will be off the Richter scale.

@Judi King- The literally amazing grace of the people of South Carolina has been inspirational. Their example is genuinely the one good thing to come out of this mess.

@Chish McFicken- Van Effing Jones. I think that's all I need to say...

@Fred Ciampi- It really does seem like the anti-Confederate flag types are borrowing the playbook of the radical Islamists who decree death for displaying an image of their alleged prophet.

I think it unlikely that any major merchants will be returning the Confederate flag to their inventory anytime soon. And I fear that this (ahem) "success" will only encourage the Left to try to ban more symbols of everything they imagine to be hateful.

@badlarry- I totally agree that every applicant deserves a fair and equal chance at a job. I even supported affirmative action a long time ago when the primary goal was not to achieve racial quotas, but to put extra effort into finding/recruiting qualified minorities for possible employment. But the reality of that system has turned into a nightmare, effectively capping career growth for many white males while putting utter incompetents into high level jobs based solely on pigment (and tarnishing the accomplishments of minority workers who actually earned their positions).

Regarding Barry's discussion of voter ID laws, it's not so much for Hillary's benefit as just a reflexive poke at the GOP.

And yes - our current gun laws should be well enforced, and are already sufficient to do the job. No law will prevent actual criminals and lunatics from obtaining and using guns.

  19. @Geoff King- And at the top of that list of liberal hypocrites is Hillary Clinton, who did nothing to save the life of her "close" gay friend Ambassador Chris Stevens, and who is now receiving campaign donations from countries which routinely kill gays and brutalize women.

@REM1875- You paint a vivid picture. Personally, I'm not one to give any advice to the Almighty - but I'll just say that in my humble (and no doubt sinful) opinion, He missed a real opportunity by not turning Barry into a pillar of salt on live TV.

@Rod- Debate rages about whether Barry is anti-Christ or Antichrist. Maybe the next year and a half will clear that up...

@Uncle Dirt- I'm sure that there was bitter anger behind some closed doors (Obama, Sharpton, Jackson, MSNBC, etc) when the people of Charleston came together in grief and faith. I'm a pragmatist and cynic - but I feel like we witnessed a small miracle.

@Boligat- After this past week, I do feel like we're in a post-Constitutional age. And while writing this very sentence, I just got a news flash that the Supreme Court is now blocking Texas's new abortion law. So we can add more dismembered babies to the Court's "achievements" this week...

Colby Muenster- You're right; if the killer was waving an ISIS flag and shrieking in Arabic as he decapitated his victims, the president would have called him a lone wolf who wasn't even Islamic. Instead, the president weaves a narrative in which the killer is part of a great, unseen army of racists. An army which can only be conquered by controlling all citizens.

As far as what the future brings, in the rest of Obama's term and beyond, I'm not optimistic. Though I'd love to be pleasantly surprised by good news (assuming the shock doesn't kill me).

  20. Did no one in the audience laugh at BHO's reference to God using the shooter? Barry didn't even grow out his beard or put on a camel hair coat before trying to come off as a Biblical prophet.

Everyone laughed at Pat Robertson when he said the terrorist attacks of 9/11 were God's judgment on America for the ACLU kicking God out of the public square, for allowing abortions and homosexuality to become commonplace. How is this POTUS pontification any different?

  21. It is intetesting to contemplate whether Black Christian preachers are an enemy of Obama since they stood up to Obama's manipulating the Black Caucus to boycott Netanyahu's speech. Check it out. They took a stand that Jews had stood with Blacks in the Civil Rigjts movement in the 60's. They with Star Parker said that the Black Caucus should listen to Netanyahu's speech and that they stood with Israel, and quoted Rev Martin Luther Kings's beautiful quotes about Israel ( MLK really did prophesize), while Obama was organizing the Left with its anti-Semitism, and with the made up allegedly Jewish groups like J Street ( not the only one), that Soros helped to create, who made demands that Obama do whatever fit Obama's agenda. Jewish main street rejects the manipulation that Obama attempted to create that J Street talks for Jews. And here the clergymen are not cooperating with creating race wars that Obama is attempting, not giving hateful speeches with made up facts like Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam in Chicago did. You should look up CUFI on Facebook, and also look up Damisani Washington on Facebook. If you ever need a guest speaker consider him regarding Black Solidarity with Israel. He is the first speaker I have seen who did not cave to BDS agitators in the audience ( BDS is a Leftist movement to Boycott Divest and Sanction Israel. BDS has propagandist hate fests lasting a week on most campuses.)

They may have nothing, but when someone from the Reichs Kommisariat of Injustice says something like 'pretty daughter you have there be a shame if something were to happen to her' most will become very cooperative.
