Christmas 2010

Here's hoping that you'll find this very special day to be filled with joy, love, warmth, and reverence. And please include a moment in your celebrations to give special thanks to our military men and women who are so far from home today.

Whatever your faith and whatever your politics, please accept my very sincere wishes that you and your loved ones enjoy a Merry Christmas!

  3. Merry Christmas back atcha! Thank you for your gift of humor and insightful comment on the scary lunacy that passes for Current Events these days. I have to start the day with the 'sanity break' your webwork provides!

  5. Merry Christmas Stilton. You truly show the world what trying to be fair and balanced means. And you do it with humor, humility and grace. We love you and your (sometimes) god-awful puns.

  6. I wish a very Merry Christmas to you and yours, Stilton, and to all of the Hope n' Change family. May we all be blessed with peace, love, and joy not just during this season but throughout the year, and may our country be restored to the republic it was intended to be. This wonderful clip shows what America is all about. We shouldn't be having to be worrying about terrorists disrupting our simplest days, like this day at a mall. This is what it should be about... http://www.youtube.com/user/AlphabetPhotography.

  11. http://bible.cc/luke/2-14.htm If you check Luke 2:14 the translation "peace on Earth to men of good will' or peace on earth and to men who please him seems to predominate. The idea I feel from the angels anthem is that men who align their wills with God's will find peace. May we each find the grace to do so.

There were two trees in the garden. Adam chose one that was forbidden which he thought would make him God. The Other, the Tree of Life, was his for the taking. In spite of our sins, God is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. If we would simply allow it, HE is willing to be us.
