The Doctor Is Out

Click Cartoon for Larger Size
Nearly half of doctors surveyed said that they would consider leaving medicine rather than put up with the government interference, red tape, and underpayment currently proposed under "Obamacare." This would happen at the same time that millions of additional patients were being added to the nation's healthcare roles.

Still, the president promises that this does not mean that you'll be having longer waits to see your doctor, and amazingly enough he's absolutely right! Oh, you'll definitely be waiting longer to see someone...but instead of your doctor, it'll be an ACORN member with a rubber glove...

Suzy, the personal physician used by the Hope n' Change staff is among the doctors who will surely leave the field if Obamacare passes. This doctor already loses money on every Medicare patient he sees (but he sees them anyway because they've been patients so long). Not exactly the profit-mongering tonsil snatcher or foot chopper described by Obama.

Philip, thanks for the link. It goes to a story about the the president and his wife each telling their version of a "horror story" about daughter Sasha. In Barack's version, his infant daughter was diagnosed with meningitis and her condition was "touch and go." But when Michelle tells the story, it turns out that Sasha never had meningitis at all.

Or, put another way, "Mr Obama...YOU LIE!"

It's things like this that fuel my interest in natural alternatives to standard medicine. Not because I'm a hippie, but because I don't want to depend on Obamacare for good health!

Wouldn't "Obamacare" be an oxymoron?

Gabriel Girl, Hope n' Change salutes your self-reliance!

Suzy, "Obamacare" is totally an oxymoron. Moreover, a recent editorial suggested that use of the term "Obamacare" is racist. How or why, it wasn't clear. But then again, it rarely is anymore.
