I'm so tired of swine flu and...wow...they have announced its not so bad after all! As crazed as everyone got, I'd sure hate a REAL crisis to come. Sheesh.

Rather that breathe a sigh of relief too soon, we should remember that the worst flu pandemics tend to come in waves. The infamous 1918 pandemic had a first wave very much like this one - quite mild. The next wave was pure Grim Reaper stuff. So it'll be months, at least, before we know we're in the clear.
